We ship the same day your order comes into our store, if we receive that order before 2PM EST. We will do our best to get your order out the same day if it is after that time, but it is not guaranteed. All orders ship UPS or USPS ground, unless you notify us by phone that you need your order expedited.

If a gift is going to a college or a hospital, it is delivered to the receiving area or campus mail room. It is up to the receiver to insure that your gift gets to the correct person. 

Summer Shipping - During the summer months it becomes necessary to ship baskets containing chocolate with ice packs to ensure they arrive in nothing less than pristine condition. They must be shipped 1 day or 2 day via UPS and cannot be shipped over the weekend. We do this to make sure that your gift basket is perfect when it arrives.

Substitution Policy - For a variety of reasons, we will occasionally run out of a specific item. While this does not occur often, we reserve the right to substitute the unavailable item for a different one of equal or greater value.
